Sensitive Adult Daily is a community promoting the value of feelings and the lifestyle of the SensitiveAdult™ –including those who identify as “sensitive” or are suffering with mental illness.


SAD advocates:
*open discussion of mental health/feelings
*day-to-day compassion
*self-care/self-help
*qualities of emotional sensitivity
*value of health and well-being

How does SAD help?
SAD intends to validate feelings/emotions/mental-illness while also promoting the value of desires/ambitions/goals of the individual. 

Through confrontational humour SAD aims to relate to the Sensitive Adult; by validating suffering and alleviating discomfort surrounding mental illness.

SAD encourages people to open-up about their vulnerability, share personal sufferings, feelings and experiences of mental illness as this creates a sense of connectedness and a compassionate generation.
